Partner Workout
with a partner complete the following for time:
2000m Row
4000lbs floor to overhead anyway
800m run
10 rounds of "Cindy"
-each partner has to row 1000m and you cannot start the floor to overhead until both partners are finished rowing
-the 4000lbs can be broken up anyway you see fit but each partner has to lift at least 1000lbs of the 4000
-the 800m run has to be run as a team (ie.you can't start the run until both partners are finished with the floor to overhead and you can't start your 10rnds of "Cindy" until both parnters are in from the run)
-both partners do 10 rnds of "Cindy" and the clock doesn't stop until both partners are finished 10 rnds each.
