40 DB Deadlifts
40 DB Hanging Split Clean
40 DB Front Squats
40 DB Push Press
40 Double Unders

*weight for men is 40lb dumbbells and 25lb dumbbells for women. Use these dumbbells for all of the exercises (except for the double unders of course!)
