I borrowed this idea from Dan John who in part borrowed it from Steve Javorek and Alwyn Cosgrove but I put my own little twist on it.
5 Rounds of:
5 Power Snatches
5 Overhead Squats
5 Back Squats
5 Good Mornings
5 Push Press
5 Bent Over Rows

*Rest as needed between rounds
*Try to increase weight on each round to find a max weight at which you can successfully complete the sequence.
