With a 1:00 continuously running clock perform
1 pull-up, 1 push-up, 1 squat
at the top of each minute, increasing the rep count by one (ex. in minute 10 you'd perform 10 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 10 squats) for each minute until you are unable to complete the required work for the round in the minute. The last completed round is scored.
