**Notice**

Remembrance Day we will be closed for the morning out of respect for those who lost their lives in service for our country as well as those who are still serving our country today. We will run the evening classes as scheduled. 4,5,6 classes are going to run but the 9:30, 12;00 and yoga classes are cancelled for Thursday November 11th.
