WOD
AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
4 Push Press (135/85)
8 KB Swings (55/35)
12 Sit-ups

rest 10 minutes then:
Tabata Squats

It was hot as hell last night and is supposed to only get hotter so drink plenty of water throughout the day and remember to bring your water bottles!

We're keeping the workouts short duration all week to make it a bit easier to deal with all this heat. I do have first aid training but I am not at all interested in having to try it out!!Play hard and play safe!
