Yet another of the CrossFit Taranis Winter Challenge workouts. The guys had to do this one at the very end of the day after three really tough workouts. When we totalled all the leg movements for the day for Jesse we found that he did 771 reps of legs on the day as well as ran 2 km! Um sore legs anyone?
